Future...

Psychology is a carrer with a lot of posibilities of major. You can work on a lab, or with people on any part of your city, or to have you own surgery.  Besides, you can use different “psychology trends” on each place you choose. It is a science with many perspectives; most knowed are psychoanalysis, behaviorism, the “third force”… but there is a potpourri of diferente ways to abord your work. But, it is important to consider a thing that some people say: “there are investigations” that indicate that it isn’t so important what trend you use on a treatment. There are factors, like the relation with the person, that are even more important. But I`m not sure about that. The thing is you have a lot of places for work, and a lot of perpectives in the same.

I have not  decided where I want to work, nor what perspective I want to follow either. But if I have to say something, I`m interested on a social area… I`m talking about social, community, or clinical psychology. But  “legal” psychology sounds great to. Maybe, I can rule out the investigation, and laboral psychology (I think that to select new workers for any company… is a little bored).

If you ask me today what kind of job I would like, I could answer that in the last year, there have had a topic that wakes me interest. The issue of mapuche communities. But to work in this specific area has a low probability of concretion… Maybe on a fundation, or through the government.

To choose a job, it has to wakes me interest. It includes a social interest… Of course, the money has to be enough for living comfortable. On an interview, I could speak about my interests and the things that I`m learning, and which I am participating now.

  3. I like this area; thus I can pretend that I'm not working with human beings.
